Renew your parking permit

We upgraded to a new parking permit system on 3 February 2025.

What this means for you

If you were issued a resident or business parking permit before 3 February 2025, you'll need to reapply using the new system.

When to renew

We'll send you a reminder by letter or email in the month your current permit is due to expire. This will include:

  • a link to the new system
  • instructions on how to reapply

How to renew

  1. Wait for your reminder or visit the new system when your permit is close to expiring.
  2. Create an online account the new system and verify your email address.
  3. Log in and make a new application through the new system.
  4. Upload required documents (proofs of residency in H&F and that you are the main user of the vehicle) as part of your application.
  5. Submit your application.

Why this is happening

We know this is an extra step, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. But once you are registered and your permit is issued in the new system, you will be able to log in and view your permit status at any time. Read more about why we have moved to a new system.

Renewing early?

If you renew before your permit expires, we'll start your new permit from the beginning of the next month.

Your responsibility

Please be aware that it is the permit holder's responsibility to make sure that their permit is renewed.
