Closing date for the applications is Wednesday 31 August 2022.
We can confirm that payments of £150 were made to all eligible direct debit accounts on the 31 May 2022. We have identified some direct debit accounts which have not been paid and these include:
If you fall into either of the first two categories, you may still be eligible for the energy rebate payment and you should make an online application via the link below.
If you have previously tried to make an online application and you received an ERROR code 107 or similar, please submit your application again. We identified a software issue which we believe has now been resolved.
Non-direct debit payers in bands A to D properties (or band E and in receipt of a disabled band reduction) should apply via the online portal managed by our third party provider, Ascendant.
