Changes to the resident and business parking permit application process

We moved to a new parking permit system on 3 February 2025. You now need to create an online permit account to apply for parking.

Step 1. Create an account on the new parking permit system. Validate your email address by clicking on the link in the email you will receive.

Step 2. Log in to your new account and apply for your parking permit. You will need to provide supporting documentation during the application process.

Who can apply

You can get a permit if you live in Hammersmith & Fulham and your home is in a Hammersmith & Fulham controlled parking zones (CPZs). It must be your main home.

Where you can park

  • Resident permit: Lets you park in on-street resident bays by your home in CPZ.
  • Estate permit: Lets you park on your housing estate.
  • Car-free homes: If you live in a car-free development, you can't get a permit. Check with the landlord or seller before moving.

Virtual permits

All our permits are digital. Once approved and you have paid for your permit, it will be active right away—no paper needed.
