Building homes and communities

H&F is building more affordable, accessible, safe and sustainable housing.

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is building brand new affordable homes across the borough.

22 development projects will deliver 1,800 new homes as well as new schools, community halls and play areas. All schemes are co-produced, sustainable and self-financing.

As well as delivering new affordable housing and communities facilities directly, we are also delivering the new homes through a range of innovative partnerships with housing associations – an example of the council using its assets to build shared prosperity.
