Overview
The proposed development site site adjacent to The Grange residential block is currently occupied by dilapidated garages and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development. As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
New homes
Our proposals will deliver:
- Eight new three and four-bedroom homes, half of which will be affordable
- Two homes will be available for social rent, two for shared ownership, and four homes will be sold privately
- An improved green space between the new development and The Grange
- A well-designed building, four storeys in height
- New and more secure pram sheds, for existing residents of The Grange
- A new pedestrian and vehicle gate to help ensure the space at the rear of The Grange is safe and secure
