Mund Street

Overview

As a former school site, it is currently underutilised and provides an opportunity to provide high-quality new homes in the borough.

Experienced architects LDS have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.

As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.

New homes

Our proposals will deliver 107 new homes.

  • 50% will be affordable.
  • A combination of types and sizes of homes.
  • New and improved public and green spaces.
  • A highly sustainable development.

Current position

We have submitted the planning application for this site, which we have been working on with residents.

The project team are grateful to all the residents who took part in shaping the design of the new homes from its early concept to the planning application stage.

Council Planning Officers will review the planning application and will recommend approval or refusal of the plans. The final decision will be made by councillors on the Planning Committee.

You can view and comment on the planning application on the council's website here: Public Access applications search using reference number: 2025/02153/FR3
