
Overview
The site on the Pearscroft Road Estate is currently occupied by vacant garages, and sheds and a parking area which provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development. As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
The Residents' Steering Group and wider community have co-produced the designs for the new homes and changes to housing land in the adjacent area.

New homes
Our proposals will deliver:
- 38 new flats, half of which will be affordable (13 homes will be available for social rent, 6 for shared ownership and 19 homes will be sold privately)
- a well-designed building, between four and five storeys in height
- a new green space between Jepson House and the new development, providing an improved link between Sandilands Road and Pearscroft Road.
Current position
We have submitted the planning application for this site, which we have been working on with residents.
The project team are grateful to all the residents who took part in shaping the design of the new homes from its early concept to the planning application stage.
Council Planning Officers will review the planning application and will recommend approval or refusal of the plans. The final decision will be made by councillors on the Planning Committee.

Autumn 2025: Planning Committee (target date).
