Where perpetrators or suspected perpetrators have support needs – such as mental health or substance use issues – we will refer or signpost them to appropriate services. If they're already receiving help, we'll work with those agencies during case management.
Our aim is to encourage behaviour change and help individuals sustain their tenancies through early, supportive intervention. However, ongoing ASB, refusal to engage, or serious impact on others may lead to enforcement action — including loss of tenancy.
We'll also raise safeguarding concerns with relevant services such as adult or children's services where needed in line with safeguarding procedures.
