Anti-social behaviour policy - 4, Easy reporting

We aim to make reporting ASB easy and accessible through multiple methods.

Emergencies:

Always call 999 if there is an immediate threat to life or property.

Reporting ASB in or near your home:

  • Phone: 020 8753 3333
  • Email: ReportASB@lbhf.gov.uk
  • Online: Report ASB
  • Face-to-face support: Available on request via Housing Officers or the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit

Third-Party reporting:

Reports can be submitted by councillors, family members, or other representatives on behalf of residents.

Our ASB and Housing teams are supported by the Council's Law Enforcement Team. They can respond to non-emergency ASB (e.g. drink or drug use) as it is happening. If they have a patrol available, they will send them to the area.

Housing Association residents:

Report ASB to your landlord first, as they are responsible for investigating. If you are not sure who your landlord is, check your tenancy agreement, rent letters, or contact us for help.
