Anti-social behaviour policy - 1, Introduction and scope

This policy explains how Hammersmith & Fulham Council tackles anti-social behaviour (ASB) across the borough — affecting anyone who lives, works, studies, or visits here.

It covers how we respond as a social housing landlord to ASB involving or affecting our council tenants and homes, and how we work with other landlords to address ASB linked to non-council tenants.

The policy sets out what ASB means, how we aim to prevent it, what action we'll take when it happens, and how we support victims.

Whenever we say 'we', 'our' or 'us', we mean Hammersmith & Fulham Council. ASB stands for anti-social behaviour.
