South Park's new outdoor gym

Hammersmith & Fulham has built a new state-of-the-art outdoor gym in Fulham’s South Park.

The gym is the seventh of its kind in the borough, and the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun, free workout.

So, grab your trainers and head on down.

Sun’s out, sweat on

Found next to the cricket nets, the award-winning park's gym focuses on cardio and body weight workouts. It includes equipment for step ups, pull ups and sit ups, and has body twist, rower and dip stations.

There’s also an accessible chest press and lat pull combination machine and a hand bike.

Younger fitness enthusiasts can join in the fun with the space walker, skier and exercise bike. And, if you want to enhance your workout, the new Swing Fitness box, filled with a variety of dumbbell pairs, is the equipment for you.

This site also includes a designated warm up zone – complete with exercise suggestions to get you inspired.

Ready, sweat, go!

There are six other outdoor park gyms in H&F, perfect for getting your endorphins pumping. They are in:

And if gyms aren’t for you, you can still enjoy our award winning green flag parks and open spaces for your dose of natural beauty.

Whether you fancy a walk round Ravenscourt Park’s pond or a trip to Margravine Cemetery’s war memorials, there’s something for everyone.
