We’ll only succeed in our aims if we bring people with us.
That means giving additional support where it’s needed to give everyone the opportunity to participate. We’ve listened and worked with residents to help us do this, by co-producing more and more of our work and engaging with more and more residents.
We’ll continue to use resident insight and feedback to inform how we work in the future to ensure our ambitions continue to reflect what our residents want.
Our priorities are to:
- co-produce with residents, staff, and partners
- enhance our partnership with the third sector.
