Payments
Payment for parking permits is made as part of the online permit application process.
If you have requested an alternative way to apply for your permit, information will be provided as part of the alternative application process.
Contact us about resident or business permits
The quickest way to contact us is by using our parking permits contact form.

- apply for a refund or cancellation
- change the vehicle or the address on your permit
- report a problem with the vehicle registration number
- send us the required proofs for your application
- request a sample council tax payer letter
- apply for parking permit for a foreign registered vehicle
- help with a technical issue with applying for a permit
- tell us about a failed payment
- tell us if you can't apply online
- ask us about any other permit related enquiry

Payments
Once you have registered and your permit application has been approved you can book and pay for visitor parking sessions:
- by phone, call RingGo's automated payments line on 020 3046 0170
- online via H&F RingGo visitor parking website
- or use the RingGo mobile app.
