Our practice model is built on:
- working with adults, carers, communities, and professionals in fair, compassionate, and transparent ways
- reflecting on and adapting our practice to challenge racism, oppression, and all forms of inequality or misuse of power.
To support our work, we have a dedicated clinical team that offers consultations and tailored interventions to enhance the support plans of adults with care and support needs.
Each team benefits from a dedicated clinician who works closely with practitioners, whether through joint work such as narrative or therapeutic interventions, or by offering reflective guidance and acting as a trusted sounding board.
Our clinical team also provides bespoke support around social graces, with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and anti-discriminatory practice.
We partner with the Centre for Systemic Social Work to offer a wide range of professional development opportunities.
These are available to all frontline practitioners and include:
- Certificate in Systemic Social Work Practice with Adults
- Intermediate Level Systemic Practice (Year Two)
- Certificate in Systemic Social Work Supervision and Management
- Systemic Leadership Programme
