Following consultation with residents and businesses in and around this area on the proposed neighbourhood forum and neighbourhood area the council resolved in September 2013 to refuse to designate the proposed St Quintin and Woodlands Neighbourhood Forum and to amend the boundaries of the proposed Neighbourhood Area.
