We're calling on all local four to 11-year-olds to take part in the H&F Summer Reading Challenge.
All they need to do to complete the challenge is read six books during the school summer break, or by Sunday 14 September.
Picking your reading material
Readers can pick any books they'd like for the challenge. Whether it's fiction, non-fiction, filled with pictures or even in a different language. It doesn't matter what you choose to read.
Challengers can also select books from any of our libraries – not just the library closest to them.
To help readers keep the momentum high, we're also running reading challenge themed events in Fulham Library, Hammersmith Library and Shepherds Bush Library.
Find out more on our Summer Reading Challenge webpage.

Get involved
The entire challenge is free to join. If you know a reader who'd like to get involved, all they need is a library card and to register for the challenge at their local H&F library.
Find your nearest library here or register for a library card here. And remember – you can have a library card from any age.
