Reporting problems in residential council properties with 7 floors or more
To help us make residential properties with 7 floors or more, safer for you and your family. please tell us about any fire, gas or structural incidents that you have witnessed in your home or in another part of the building.
As well as helping us to identify and prevent potential fire and gas incidents, we need to report certain incidents to Building Safety Regulator. We will review the information you send us to see if it meets the criteria for reporting and if it does, we will contact you to let you know.
