Step 1
Log in to your Housing Online account and click on the View my tenancy tile.
Step 2
Click on Actions and select Change the date you want your tenancy or licence to end.
Step 3
In the pop-up box that opens, update the end date of your tenancy.
Make sure all mandatory fields with an asterisk (*) are filled and click Submit at the bottom of the pop-up window.
