About family hubs

All about family hubs, what they are, what services they offer and how to find your nearest location.

Family hubs are:

  • buildings providing a range of free and low cost activities and services
  • sources of advice, guidance and a network of services that are promoted on our website

All residents are welcome! Anyone can visit a family hub, including parents, prospective parents, carers, young people, family members and other residents.

Our vision is for every child, young person, individual and family to be happy, healthy and to have the opportunity to thrive. We aim to make this possible through an effective and compassionate community network.

Family hub referrals

Family hubs can help residents to access the services that they need.

This includes support with:

  • special educational needs and disabilities
  • social isolation
  • debt and housing

Please note, we can only offer support if the parent, carer, or young person agrees. Also, if they're not already getting this support from another service.

H&F residents: To access this support, you need to register with family hubs by completing the family hub registration form, where you will be asked what support you need. If you need help with this, or if you have any other questions you can contact us. See 'Contact us' below.
