H&F's Holiday Activities and Food programme
H&F's Holiday Activities and Food programme (HAF) offers a wide range of FREE activities across the borough during the school holidays, ensuring that every young person receives a nutritious meal.
Our Christmas and New Year holiday activities will run from Monday 23 December 2024 to Friday 3 January 2025.

We understand that this period can be especially difficult, and mental health difficulties are common. - You are experiencing moderate or severe mental health difficulties, either currently or in the past.
- Your mental health concerns are not improving with the support of your GP.

Yoga and wellbeing sessions for parents, carers and children. This session mixes both a gentle yoga session and mindfulness exercises. You and your child will be taught simple breathing exercises to reduce stress as well as easy yoga moves to help you feel energised and relaxed.

CAMHS 5+ clinics: Mental health advice and support for children over 5 years old
Fridays, 9am to 12 noon
The H&F Community CAMHS Team has a Practitioner available to provide advice, information and initial screenings for young people ages 5-17. The screening processes will allow the Practitioner to gather relevant information and determine if a CAMHS referral should be completed or if the young person should be sign-posted to another service. If a CAMHS referral is completed; the H&F Team will further review the information gathered to determine if additional input is required by CAMHS.
CAMHS interventions such as one-to-one sessions will only be offered to children and young people who are already opened to the H&F CAMHS service.
Parents and Caregivers may drop-in to discuss general queries or to request information about services provided by NHS CAMHS.
This is not an urgent or emergency service. If you are seeking immediate mental health support, attend A&E or call emergency services such as NHS 111.

We all want to live in a safe community and raise our young people in an environment where they can thrive. Our youth-focused team is dedicated to early intervention, protection and prevention. Providing positive alternatives for young people in Hammersmith and Fulham. We work to support those who may be vulnerable to exploitation or manipulation, helping them avoid involvement in gangs and violence or guiding them through these challenges if already involved.
Our support extends not just to young people, but also to families and the broader community.

FoodCycle Community Meals

Agewell - gentle keep fit and falls prevention

This course is for those who have mobility problems and would prefer to exercise sitting in a chair. A chair-based workout that will improve your strength, coordination, balance and body control. Practise standing from a lying or seated position and gain confidence in your mobility. Light weights, resistance bands and other equipment may be used to enhance your learning.

Harrow Youth Club

We run youth sessions that provide a safe space for young people to engage in sports, creative activities, and personal development programs. These sessions aim to foster community spirit, build confidence, and offer guidance to help children and young people navigate the complexities of growing up in the world of today. We also provide school holiday programs that include off-site trips in and outside of London, to cultural, educational, and recreational sites, visits to the countryside/coast and short holidays at campsites across the UK during the summer.

Action on Disability - welfare benefit advice for families with SEND
First Friday of the month: 9:30 to 11:30
AoD delivers a free and independent welfare benefits service to ill and disabled children under 18 and their carer's resident in H&F.
We offer one off advise on all means tested and non means tested welfare benefits. For support with form filling we can arrange an appointment at our main office: AoD Centre for Independent Living, Mo Mowlam House, Clem Attlee Court, London SW6 7BF.
No appointment is required to attend our drop-in sessions.
