Jamie and Ruby are getting married in two months. What could go wrong? Everything, as it turns out.
Will Jackson's fast-paced play, Make Me Feel, follows the couple and their respective friend groups as wedding preparations reveal what everyone's really going through.
Gentle giant Jamie (Joshua Aketse-Entsie) can't seem to complete even basic wedding tasks. Bride to be Ruby (Dejuan Desiree) is showing interest in a new coworker. Their friends all have their own dramas brewing.
What emerges is a kaleidoscope of emotions – from wedding joy to sibling care, platonic love to the anxieties around the Herculean task of asking for help.
Make Me Feel runs until Saturday 23 August, with shows at 7.30pm and a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm. Tickets are available via the Bush Theatre website.

Life in full colour
The cast brings remarkable energy and chemistry to their roles. These young performers, developed through the theatre's talent programme, are part of the reason why the Bush remains one of H&F's cultural highlights.
The show's emotional range spans from the mundane frustrations of a driver's education course to explosive moments when buried grief surfaces unexpectedly. Then, there's the joyous relief of the wedding itself.
The rapid-fire pacing keeps the audience engaged, with scenes flashing by in quick succession.
Jackson's writing offers a gentle reminder about checking in with friends, while director Katie Greenall creates a world where characters feel genuinely three-dimensional. Hope and struggle coexist rather than contradict each other.
