Pop down to the Askew Road May Madness fun day to celebrate Spring on Saturday (10 May).
The action kicks off on the corner of Askew Road and Goldhawk Road from 11am. The Hammersmith Morris Men promise to have the whole family toe-tapping along.
Once again, the Askew Road Association will join forces with local businesses to run the colourful day.
As well as Morris and maypole dancing, there will be kids' games and activities by The Sulgrave Club, face-painting by Portico, a Flower bike filled with blooms and wines to taste by Stems & Vines, a Greenside School bake sale, bubble tea tasting and coffee by Mine Bubble Tea House, a Dr Bike pop-up, and plenty more to dig your teeth into.

Good vibes
Starch Green – the former name of Askew Road – has a long history in H&F and is one of the borough's oldest roads.
Jonathan Mercer, co-organiser of the day, said although it's changed its name a few times, Askew Road remains home to one of the H&F's oldest and most passionate communities which takes pride in its independent shops and relaxed community feel.
He said: "Starch Green has been a staging post for some – a stop along the way into London for hundreds of years. But for us residents, it is the perfect place to celebrate the vibrant and diverse community."
"It's a local community event, funded by local businesses, but we welcome everyone who would like to come!"
As well as the events taking place on Starch Green, there will also be an evening bat walk on Saturday evening, and a Sunday morning dawn chorus, both taking place in Ravenscourt Park.
