A national charity is offering young people in Hammersmith & Fulham support with relationships, sexual health, alcohol and drugs use and more.

Turning Point’s Resilience programme is a free confidential service for local residents, aged 25 and under, commissioned by H&F Council.

They offer a safe space for young people to talk about their experiences as well as one-to-one therapy, group workshops and drop-in sessions.

They also host a sexual health support session every Wednesday, 3pm to 6pm, in the White City Community Centre.

“We offer a truly non-judgemental service which helps remove stigma and shame to provide a safe space to nurture authentic and transparent conversations,” explained Khush Gosai from Turning Point.

“Creating that space is at the heart of what we do to ensure young people feel empowered to overcome challenges and succeed in achieving their own goals.”

If you or someone you know could benefit from this support, fill in the referral form on Resilience’s website or call them on 0330 303 8080.

If you’re interested in a workshop at your school, college or youth club, you can call the same number.
