If you're worried about your child's behaviour, talk to:
- the staff at your child's nursery or children's centre
- your local family hub
- your school SENCO, teacher, or tutor.
- your health visitor, school nurse, or GP
These people can support you to think about your child and what you can do to help them. They can also signpost you to further support if needed.
Adults can contact their GP, who will share helpful resources and strategies. Your GP may also refer you for an ADHD assessment if needed.
