- A strong partnership with all parents is fostered. Parents/carers' knowledge about their child is central to their child's learning and assessment process.
- Information about what and how children are learning is readily available to parents.
- Every child has a named Key Person, and every parent/carer knows who that key person is.
- There is an identified space where sensitive conversations between parents and key persons can happen confidentially, as well as meetings with other agencies and professionals.
- A whole setting approach is used to engage all staff in developing positive relationships with children, families, and each other to ensure positive attitudes to diversity.
- The Provider clearly shows a commitment to equality of opportunity for all children and families from the EYFS by actively promoting the anti-bias approach that values diversity in others.
