Welcome to Hammersmith & Fulham’s local offer for care leavers.
This offer outlines all the support that our council provides for you, from housing to health and from education to finance.
The local offer is part of our commitment to ensuring no one is left behind and that all young people, whatever their background or circumstances, receive the education and support they need to have the best possible start in life and experience opportunities that enable them to pursue happy and successful lives.
We know that the transition to adulthood can be a challenging time.
You will be developing skills to prepare you for independent living, for example:
- cooking
- laundry
- budgeting
- and looking after your health.
However, it will be just as important for you to be able to manage emotionally with all the changes and challenges that adult life brings.
This offer has been put together by care leavers for care leavers and we will always be guided by you as to the support you need from us to help you on your journey.
