Action on Disability (previously HAFAD)
Skills and employment advice for disabled people and supporting disabled people into employment.
The project is covers all disabilities and provides services to disabled job-seekers and employers in the borough. If you are a Disabled job-seeker, Action on Disability can provide advice and guidance on job hunting, information about your rights under the Disability Discrimination Act and practical support with job search.
Action on Disability helps employers with advice and support on how to attract, retain, promote or retrain disabled employees, how the DDA affects business and how to make reasonable adjustments.
