Find out more about this and the aim of the project on the page What is Sounds Like H&F?
The project has two phases.
Phase one of the project, was delivered in partnership with the Tri-borough Music Hub, ran from January to December 2022. The first year focused on 14–18-year-olds and had two big events. The Big Gig Take 1, an open-air music festival, and The Big Gig Take 2, a documentary look back on the programme’s first year.
Phase two of the project, created in partnership with HQI and focused on 18–25-year-olds, began in September 2022.
There’s plenty of Sounds like H&F fun going on at the moment, with an extensive programme of free workshops and talks open to all.
Sessions include opportunities to learn creative DIY techniques, through to how to build a visual identity, emotional wellbeing within the creative industires, and a look into the future of technology’s role in music.
