Celebrate our best and brightest with a Youth Achievement Award

Do you know an amazing young person who’s exceeded expectations or gone above and beyond for others this year?

Nominate now

Cllr Trey Campbell-Simon, H&F’s lead councillor for youth advancement, said: “We have so many talented, hardworking and generous young people living in H&F. Now’s your time to celebrate and shout about their achievements. Nominate them for a Youth Achievement Award today.”

This year’s award ceremony is being organised entirely by the H&F Youth Council and Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation – with help from any young resident who wants to get involved.

Nominees must be aged between 11 to 25 years old, and live, work or go to school in H&F. Their nomination must relate to an achievement from the last two years, 2021-2023.
