The reception area at 145 King Street in Hammersmith
Officers from our dedicated cost-of-living team are now based at our offices at 145 King Street in Hammersmith and ready to help.
They are on hand to provide free guidance with any cost-of-living support available to you. Whether that’s advice on a pre-payment meter, help with food bills or information on the different services available in H&F.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Computers for the public
The office also has four public computers for residents to use.
Each has been set up so that users can browse the H&F website and other government webpages for free. Staff are on hand to support residents with tasks such as applying for a new parking permit.
