Fulham Regeneration Area

Information about the regeneration of Earl’s Court and West Kensington.

The Fulham Regeneration Area overlaps with the Earls Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area, which is identified in the London Plan and also covers land within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

To secure the greatest benefits from regeneration, the council will work closely with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to ensure a holistic approach is taken to the future planning of the area.

Earls Court development

A major planning application has been received by Hammersmith & Fulham and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to redevelop part of the Earls Court site deliver up to 710,519 sqm of floorspace across the 2 boroughs with a wide range of land uses. The development could deliver around 4,000 homes, with 2,500 homes proposed to be delivered in H&F.
