The Fulham Housing Office at Cobbs Hall
The South Housing Team has moved from their current location at 145 King Street in Hammersmith to their new offices at Cobbs Hall in Fulham Palace Road from Monday 3 July 2023.
Meeting with residents is an important part of our housing management service. We’re making this change to make it easier for tenants and leaseholders to speak to us.

Our new office hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Changes to the South Housing Team
The South Housing Team will be run by H&F Council staff from 1 July 2023. Bringing the South Housing Team back into the council means we can improve our housing management service for all tenants and leaseholders.
There will be no impact on the service you receive, and you will not need to do anything differently during this transition. You will still be able to contact your housing officer as normal.
The best way to meet a housing officer is to make an appointment. Or you can visit the office at Cobbs Hall and speak with one of our Duty Housing Officers. If you don’t know who your housing officer is, please call us on 020 8753 4327.
North Housing Team
The North Housing Team remains in New Zealand Way on the White City Estate, W12 7DE. Residents north of the borough can also make an appointment with their Housing Officer to discuss any tenancy queries or other issues. Please call or email us using the details below.

Office closure dates for the North and South Housing Teams
Please note that our North and South Housing Teams will be attending training courses from 11 July 2023 to 6 September 2023.
As a result, the north and south area offices will be closed from 9am to 2pm during the following dates for this training. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Contact with your housing officer will be limited during these times. If you need to contact your housing officer on these days, please do so after 2pm.
If you have an emergency repair you need to contact us about during these closure times, please contact our repairs customer service centre on 0800 023 4499. Opening times are 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
