Universal and Targeted Stop Smoking Service in Hammersmith & Fulham

Free, personalised support to help you quit your way.

Our free Stop Smoking and Wellbeing Service is available to anyone aged 18 and over who lives, works, studies, or receives care in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. Whether you're ready to quit or just thinking about it, we're here with expert advice and practical tools to support your journey.

We also offer separate specialised support for children aged 12-18.

What we offer:

  • one-to-one support tailored to your needs
  • free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and e-cigarettes
  • support to access other stop-smoking medications, if appropriate
  • phone, video, or face-to-face appointments
  • flexible scheduling and local drop-in clinics

We also offer targeted support for:

  • pregnant people
  • people with mental health
  • people with drug or alcohol dependencies
  • people in contact with the criminal justice system
