Estate inspections

We want you to have a feeling of pride about your area, and having a tidy and well maintained neighbourhood is the first step towards this.

Estate Inspections help us to look for things that will improve the area for residents, such as fences, graffiti, overgrown gardens and illegal parking.

Each area has four inspections per year and they are carried out by residents, housing staff and other service providers.

We encourage residents to go on estate inspections to point out areas of concern and provide their views and ideas for environmental improvements.

By getting involved with inspections in your area you can identify issues that matter to you and other local residents.

Key facts

  • meetings happen quarterly and usually last about 2 hours
  • they take place in your community
  • you can turn up as and when you have the time.
