Housing Online

Housing Online is a quick and easy way access to housing services online using a smartphone, PC, or tablet. You can:

  • bid for a home
  • view your tenancy information
  • report parking, cleaning, and rubbish collection problems
  • contact housing

Rents Online

Rents Online is a new way of managing your rent account online. You can:

  • view your balance
  • download statements
  • make a payment
  • apply for a refund
  • set or change up a direct debit

New to My Account and Housing Online services?

If you are new to My Account and Housing Online services, you will need to register for My Account and then create a Housing Online account. Once you have been through the initial set up, the next time you can just log in to access your Housing Online account.

If you have already been though the initial set up and have a Housing Online account, just log in to My Account and click on the Housing Online button and you will find the new Rents Online button on the Housing Online landing page.

If you have been managing your rent online using the old online rents service

Some people already manage your rent account using My Account. The new Rents Online will replace the old service, but don’t worry you will have 3 months to make the move to the new service before the old service is switched off.

Just log into My Account and click on the Housing Online button to set up your access to Housing Online. Once you have done this, you will find the Rents Online service on the Housing Online landing page.

Face to face support

We will be holding face to face drop-in sessions with any residents who want to take advantage of the online services and like some help to get set up.

You will need to bring your laptop, tablet or smartphone to these face to face sessions so we can help you access our online services.
