About us
The Willow Tree is an exciting independent nursery school for 2 to 5 year olds which opened in September 2010. In a bright and pretty setting overlooking Wendell Park, the nursery draws its young pupils from surrounding Shepherds Bush, Chiswick and Acton. The building adjoins a redbrick Victorian church and has its own large private garden backing onto the park.
Enthusiastic teaching in a nurturing and creative environment is key at The Willow Tree. We encourage all children to be confident, make choices, question and explore, and ultimately become happy and independent individuals. It is our goal for every child to run into school at the beginning of the day without looking back.
Supporting children with additional needs
Staff have relevant training to support SEND and our SENCo has had further training within this field. Staff understand the need for targeted plans and specialised support and treat all children as individuals. Staff work closely with the children, parents and other relevant professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved for all children.
