Kooth, from XenZone, is an online counselling and emotional well-being support service providing young people aged 11-26 years within Hammersmith & Fulham. A free, safe and secure means of accessing support with their emotional health and wellbeing from a professional team of qualified counsellors.
This service has no referrals or waiting lists. Kooth provides unique out of office hours’ provision and is open 7 days per week, 365 days a year from 12pm-10pm weekdays and from 6pm-10pm on weekends. Kooth provides added value with moderated forums to facilitate peer led support and self-help articles (many written by service users) to provide practical support.
XenZone works hand-in-hand with NHS commissioners to bring accessible, digital mental health support to children, young people and adults. Today, they are commissioned in more than 95 Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) areas.
