Askham is a family time service for children of separated families to spend time with one or both parents and sometimes other family members. It is a child-centred environment that puts the needs of the children first.
The key objectives of this service are to safeguard children and promote their well being through a range of family time services, including supervised, monitored, supported and virtual sessions.
Askham aims to provide a safe and positive family time experience for children who are currently living away from one or both of their parents.
The aim is to create a warm, sociable atmosphere where children and their families can relax and enjoy themselves. Games, toys and books for children of all ages are provided, along with tea, coffee and other refreshments.
