Obtaining nomination papers
1. Nomination papers may be obtained from the Acting Returning Officer at Electoral Services, Cobbs Hall, 226 Fulham Palace Road, London, SW6 6LL. The Acting Returning Officer will, at any elector's request, give advice on the completion of a nomination paper.
Delivery of nomination papers
2. Nomination papers and a deposit of £500, in legal tender or by bankers draft, must be delivered to the Acting Returning Officer at Electoral Services, Cobbs Hall, 226 Fulham Palace Road, London, SW6 6LL between 10am and 4pm on any weekday, excluding Bank Holidays, after the date of this Notice but no later than 4pm, Friday 7 June 2024.
Voter registration
3. Applications to be included in the Register of Electors for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer no later than Tuesday 18 June 2024. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
Voter Authority Certificates and Anonymous Elector Documents
4. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector's Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 26 June 2024. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate can be made online: www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate
Postal and proxy voting
5. New applications to vote by post, or to cancel or amend postal votes, or changes from postal to proxy voting (or vice versa) must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm, Wednesday 19 June 2024. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote
6. New applications to vote by proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm, Wednesday 26 June 2024. Some applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote. Other applications can be downloaded from www.gov.uk/how-to-vote/voting-by-proxy or requested from the Electoral Registration Officer.
7. Applications to vote by emergency proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Thursday 4 July 2024. Emergency proxy applications may be downloaded from www.gov.uk/how-to-vote/voting-by-proxy or requested from the Electoral Registration Officer.
