Polio vaccines are no longer being administered at 145 King Street in Hammersmith.

If your child is one to four years old, your GP should have been in touch about a polio jab. If not, please contact them to arrange a vaccination.

Some children may need an extra dose on top of their routine vaccinations. In other children, it may bring them up to date with their routine vaccinations.
