Parenting courses (online)
'Family Lives' is a national charity that helps parents get the support they need. They provide online parenting courses that you can access at a time that suits you.
Courses include:
- co-parenting
- coping with teens
- sibling arguments
- new baby in the family (courses are available in English, Arabic and Pashtu)

'Family Lives' also provide a collection of over 200 videos that address day to day questions and concerns on wellbeing, behaviour and learning.

Understanding how your child might be feeling: Online tool
The charity 'Relate' offers a FREE online tool called 'in the middle bot' to help you to understand how your child might be feeling about a particular situation.
By simply adding your child's age and a description of the situation, it will provide you with tailored insight and practical advice.
