The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Foundation Certificate in Food Safety is designed for anyone working in a food business. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to prepare and cook food that is safe for consumption.
Although online courses are cheap, 'in person' training provides the opportunity to answer your questions and understand more fully how the concepts should be applied in your business.
We are now offering this training in 2 ways.
Bespoke course delivered in your workplace for your staff only
The training can be fully tailored to your business using the intelligence gathered, and photographs taken, during previous inspections of your business. This helps to engage learners and facilitate an understanding of the importance of food safety in your business.
Cost
This course costs £400 plus £22 per candidate.
