Galloway Road in Shepherds Bush is the second road in the borough, after nearby Roxwell Road, to hold an official ‘play street’.

Residents were granted a traffic order by Hammersmith & Fulham Council, enabling them to temporarily close their road to traffic last Sunday, for children to play games such as hopscotch, street football and hide and seek.

If you would like your street to be considered for a play street scheme, please email: zanney.simmonds-plummer@lbhf.gov.uk, or call 020 8753 2806.
