H&F tackles residents’ health priorities

We’ve helped give health services in H&F a shot in the arm by listening to your priorities and putting them in place.

We’ve helped give health services in Hammersmith & Fulham a shot in the arm by listening to your priorities and putting them in place.

Residents shared their experiences of GP surgeries, hospitals and other health services in H&F at a range of Neighbourhood Health Forum meetings led by Cllr Sharon Holder, Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s Lead Member for Healthcare and Hospitals.

Since then, we’ve worked with health services to ensure changes are made. They include a new health and care page online with useful information on services across the borough, improvements to community transport services and publicising information on a range of issues, such as the new mental health emergency line.

“You have given us a real insight into the problems, as well as the successes, within our health service,” said Cllr Holder.

“We want to work with you and them to ensure we all get the best health service possible.”
