Summer 2024
Booking for summer 2024 sports days opens in February. Any applications received before February will not be accepted.
Applications are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The first and second round of applications will be confirmed two to three weeks after applications are received. Forms received after February 2024 are dealt with on an as-required basis, but availability is limited and we will no longer give sports days priority over other bookings.

There are two application forms, one for sports days at Linford Christie Stadium, and one for sports days at Bishops Park, Lillie Road Recreation Ground, Ravenscourt Park and South Park.
Limited sports day bookings may be accepted at Eelbrook Common and Normand Park.
You are not required to return the forms by post; we will accept applications received by email, and recommend this method as the fastest and most reliable, though you may post your application form back if you prefer.
