Please note that the following tombs at St Paul's Churchyard, Queen Caroline Street, W6 have been added to the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest at Grade II by the Secretary of State since the conservation area character profile was published:

  • Tomb of Samuel Jones
  • Tomb of Richard Honey and George Francis

The Grade II listed Fenn Family tomb has been relocated to the north east of St Paul's Churchyard, Queen Caroline Street, W6 since the conservation area character profile was published.

The conservation area has also been extended since the character profile was published, please use the link below for an up to date map of the Hammersmith Broadway Conservation Area boundary.
