Since the Conservation Area character profile was published several buildings and structures within the Conservation Area have been added by the Secretary of State to the List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest at Grade II:

  • The former Temperance Billiard Hall, Nos. 90 and 90a Fulham High Street.  No. 90b Fulham High Street is also listed by virtue of being within the curtilage of the listed building.
  • The Tomb of Granville Sharp, All Saints Churchyard, Church Gate. 
  • The Tomb of the Burchell family, All Saints Churchyard, Church Gate. 
  • Fulham (All Saints) War Memorial, All Saints Churchyard, Church Gate.

Scheduled Ancient Monument - Fulham Palace Moated Site

Part of Bishops Park Conservation Area falls within the site of a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Any works above or below ground within the Scheduled Ancient Monument require Scheduled Monument Consent from the Secretary of State.  This is a separate process to applying for planning permission from the council.
