Pay for parking using your mobile phone

It's quick, easy to use and secure. You can also get texts telling you when your parking is about to run out.

We have been made aware of scammers operating in the borough, installing QR codes on pay and display machines and signs taking users to fake RingGo websites. RingGo does not use QR codes to download the app. As always users should be very cautious when online, and make sure they are using the correct websites and official apps downloaded from their app store only. See Using RingGo video below

All parking zones in H&F now have pay by phone parking.

How do I park using the RingGo app?

First, you will need to make sure you have downloaded the RingGo app.

Download the RingGo cashless parking app

Then if you haven't already, you will need to register for an account. You will need to put is some details in advance (payment card, vehicle details) so that payment can be made and enforcement officers are notified about the car you are parking.

Once you have your account set up, you can choose your parking location code (a 5 digit number displayed on signs where you are parking), choose the vehicle you would like to park, the amount of time you require, and enter your payment card details. You will then be shown a summary of your parking session, which you need to review, and then you can proceed to payment.

If you would like to view the details of your session again after payment you can press the Sessions tab on the app.
