In addition, there will be an eight hour limit for pay and display parking.

Resident and business parking permits and blue badge holders - Zones D and H resident and business parking permits and blue badges continue to be valid for parking without time limit in Zones D and H shared permit/pay and display/pay by phone bays, including during the extended hours of control.
