Help us improve the library service

Do you have a few hours a month to work with us to ensure our services fully accessible?

As part of the council's commitment to work with residents, we are looking for Disabled residents to join our Library Accessibility Group.

This is a community co-produced virtual tour project to improve access to the wide range of services at your local library here in Hammersmith & Fulham.

The library service would love to get our residents input in improving our digital presence by producing library virtual tours. We want to ensure our library services are accessible for all residents, particularly Disabled residents.

These tours will give residents the ability to plan their journey to the libraries in H&F and get an insight into the facilities and services available to them once inside.

If you are a Disabled resident and regular visitor to your local library or have never visited a library before but want to find out more, please get in touch.

Your lived experience in the borough is valued and this is a paid position. The role will pay £20 per hour and will probably require a few hours of your time each month. (You must have the right to work in this country to apply).

If you are interested in participating and would like more information please contact Mandy or Kiran libraries@lbhf.gov.uk
